VitaHealth Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg uses only extra virgin, cold-pressed, non-raffinated (unrefined) Evening Primrose Oil, with added natural vitamin E as an antioxidant.

Low grade evening primrose oil undergoes heavy refining process involving heat. Refining allows lower quality EPO to be used but damages the oil and strip away some beneficial natural components of EPO.

Direction:
Take 2 softgels daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.
