Temporarily relief of pain associated with:

Sports

When injured

Apply metsal heat rub before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, muscle and joint pain.

Before Sport : Apply metsal before sport and warm up before activity.

During Sport: Apply metsal to sore and tired muscles and joints to relieve pain.

After Sport : Apply metsal to muscles and joints to relieve pain associated with sprain, stains and sore muscles

Rest : rest injury for at least 48-72 hours.

Ice : Apply ice to injured area immediatedly for 20mins every 2 hours to reduce swelling and pain.

Compress: Wrap injury with compression bandage.

Elevation: Elevate injured area to reduce swelling and pain.

Recovery

Metsal heat rub can be applied to muscles and joints once the swelling has subsided.

Direction:
Gently smooth a small quantity onto the skin 2-3 times a day.It penetrates to provide rapid relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not requied.
